The return policy allows 14 days from the delivery date during which the customer can request a product return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all original tags, and in its original packaging.

Hot swap is possible. I bought an Otaimu silent switch and used Hansung keycaps to customize it. The inside was empty, so I used a shoe filler to fill it up.
