The return policy allows 14 days from the delivery date during which the customer can request a product return.

I just received it and opened it. It was well packed, but I was disappointed with the VR glasses; I thought it was something else. If possible, don't order it. Otherwise, it's fine. The downside is that only one battery is provided. I haven't had a chance to try it.
