Missing Delivery Return Eligibility If you wish to return a product for reasons not related to defect or error (e.g., change of mind or dissatisfaction), the return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Any preferred courier may be used, and once the returned item has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed. However, if the product you received is incorrect, damaged, or defective, the return is completely free of charge and the refund is 100% guaranteed. In this case, please send clear photos and a short video showing the issue to info@benitronica.com. Each customer can also request a return directly from the product detail page. However, we strongly recommend contacting us by email or through customer support immediately after submitting the request, so you can provide the necessary photos and videos of the product to speed up the process. If your order has not been delivered within 15 days after the estimated delivery date, you are entitled to a full refund. Please contact our customer support through the dedicated live chat page or by email at info@benitronica.com to start the refund process.
The return policy allows 14 days from the delivery date during which the customer can request a product return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all original tags, and in its original packaging.
Certain types of items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. This includes products that come into direct contact with the skin or animals, such as razors, grooming devices, or other personal care tools, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
