Missing Delivery Return Eligibility If you wish to return a product for reasons not related to defect or error (e.g., change of mind or dissatisfaction), the return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. The return policy allows 14 days from the delivery date during which the customer can request a product return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all original tags, and in its original packaging.
